Located in Mt. Juliet, The Duck Pond Farm offers a beautiful and convenient location for your next event! Close to Nashville and surrounding areas, six miles from Providence Mall. The property consists of over 120 acres of beautiful scenery along with a stocked pond. The 2580+ SF pavilion offers plenty of covered space for your event and includes catering/food prep room. There is an additional 825 SF party pad/stage as well as a picnic table and fire-pit for your use. Property use includes pond area as well as pavilion area.
Pavilion Rental Fees:
15% taxes/fees added to rental costs.
Refundable security damage deposits of $300.00 for pavilion use.
Max security deposit of $500.00 if lodging included as a package.

All Set up, decorating and cleaning is to be completed in your rented block of time. Additional hours for decorating or cleaning can be added on at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the renter or can be added on for $150.00 fee. Renter would still be responsible for removing decorations and bagging trash.
