All activities/events must follow these guidelines, terms and conditions.
We want your wedding to be less stress and more enjoyment, so we offer you weekend wedding packages. This allows you ample time for all your activities. You will have the property for your use: (Thurs-Sat, Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon depending on the day of the wedding. We also offer Weekday and Sunday wedding packages. For weekend weddings, your package includes access and use of the property/venue for the following times:
Day before the Wedding: Noon till 10:00 PM - decorating, setup, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner
Wedding Day: 8:00AM - 12:00 Midnight - final decoration, setup, wedding and reception
Day after the Wedding: 7:00AM till 11:00AM - breakdown, decoration removal and final cleanup
The gates will be open and doors unlocked at the designated rental times. Early arrivals or late departures outside of the contracted time may be requested and if available will result in additional charges of $50.00 per hour.
April-June and September-October
weekends are only available as packages.
All packages will incur 15% charge in taxes/fees. A Refundable Security/Damage deposit will be collected for any buildings used: Refundable deposit of $300.00 for the Pavilion Package. Security/Damage deposits are refunded within 7-10 days of event following checkout/cleanup inspection.
The Renter is responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as received and is responsible for all cleaning, including removing and disposing of all personal belongings, decorations and their attachments (staples, nails, tie wraps, rope, wire, etc.) Cleaning includes the bagging of all trash, cleaning and replacing the tables and chairs to the racks in the storeroom, as well as the grounds cleaned of trash, debris and cigarette butts. A cleaning checklist is posted on the refrigerator and cleaning supplies are provided. Cleaning can be added to your package for $200.00 or will be deducted from your deposit if not completed as outline. If cleaning fee is added, renter is still responsible for removing all decoration, attachments and bagging all trash.
