Duck Pond Farm Pavilion

Use of Pavilion Areas & Property for:

  1. Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner - Noon till 10:00PM (day before wedding)
  2. Wedding and Reception - 8:00AM - 12:00 Midnight (day of wedding)
  3. Final Cleanup Day - 7:00AM - 11:00AM (day after wedding)
  4. Photo Sessions for Engagement or Save the Date - call to schedule
  5. Vendor planning sessions - call to schedule

Selected Ceremony site:

Your choice - so many options

  1. Gazebo or surrounding area
  2. The Corner of Always and Forever, The Tree of Happiness, The Circle of Love, Our Beginning Point, Field of Dreams, etc.
  3. Any Pond of Corral area
  4. Other selected site of your choice

Includes:

  1. Bride's Dressing Room (currently being updated) - beautifully furnished and decorated. Plenty of amenities for getting ready, having hair and makeup done or relaxing. Complete with shower, spacious toilet area, lots of electrical outlets, large mirrors including a full size wall mirror.
  2. Groom's Dressing Room - complete with full bathroom with shower, large flat screen tv, kitchenette with refrigerator
  3. One of the restrooms are ADA compliant
  4. Catering Room for food-beverage prep / setup / serve through - can also be used for bar area.
  5. Custom Built Bar - can be used for bridal party, head table or food/drink buffett style setup.
  6. Storage Room (tables, chairs, ladders, trash bags, cleaning supplies, extra paper goods, etc.

Pavilion/Property area also includes:

  1. Additional separate 825 SF back stage for cocktail hour/ DJ / Dance or additional seating or other activities such as photo booth or games.
  2. Fire Pit- for cozy fire or roasting marshmallow or making smores.
  3. Corral and Pond area

Use of Tables and Chairs:

Setup and breakdown responsibility of renter

  1. 15-60 inch round tables (seats 8-10)
  2. 2-6 ft. rectangular tables
  3. 150 white folding chairs
  4. 12 Specialty Bar Stools - high back wooded bar stools with leather seats.
  5. 5-32 inch round bar height cocktail tables - great for cocktail hour, or sweetheart tables
  6. 2-32 inch round standard height tables - perfect for sweetheart, cake, gift or decorating tables
  7. 2-4 picnic tables - perfect for additional guests or children's activities or tables

  4. Chandeliers and burlap covered hula hoop chandeliers
